The Program

A Simple Site. A Real Pathway.

TradeBridge helps people enter the trades and access certifications — opening the door to jobs they can't reach today. It starts as a simple website, and becomes a program through the partners who share it.

540 credentials

Mapped to real registration paths, with fees and study tips.

Who This Is Built For

Four groups, one shared problem.

01

Handymen & Neighborhood Helpers

People already doing real work for family, friends, and neighbors who have never had a credential to show for it.

02

Skilled Laborers Getting Started

Workers with hands-on ability who need a first registration or safety card to get onto bigger, better-paying job sites.

03

High School Students

Students exploring trade school through career-focused courses, who can leave graduation already holding a credential.

04

Career-Changers Into Construction

Adults moving into the trades who need a clear, plain-language first step instead of a wall of state paperwork.

Partners

A Growing Partner Network.

We are actively building partnerships with schools, career centers, trade programs, contractors, and community organizations. If you work with people ready to turn their skills into credentials, we would love to explore how TradeBridge can fit into what you already do.

A construction site with workers and equipment
Schools & Career Centers

Embed certification pathways into CTE, career exploration, and workforce readiness programs.

Trade Programs & Contractors

Share the site with students, apprentices, and crew members who need clear steps to their first credential.

Community Organizations

Partner with us to reach more people and remove the language, paperwork, and navigation barriers standing between workers and better jobs.

After the Certification

Build the Business.

A credential opens the door. This track helps new contractors start and grow a business once the certifications are in hand.

01

Hold The Credential

Finish the registration or card. This is the proof that turns informal side work into hireable, legal work.

02

Register The Business

Name, entity filing, EIN, and a business bank account — walked through step by step, the same way we walk through certifications.

03

Get Insured & Bondable

General liability, workers' comp where required, and the paperwork contractors and homeowners ask for before they hire.

04

Bid, Price & Level Up

Quoting jobs, invoicing, tracking hours, and stacking the next credential to move from helper to licensed contractor.

Why I Run This

As the oldest of three brothers, I've spent my life teaching and navigating others. High school sharpened that — team captain in lacrosse, and part-time and summer jobs every year leading up to IU.

IU showed me how much collaborative learning matters. Going into my sophomore year, I built TradeBridge to serve my real purpose: acting as a navigator and educator who helps others find their way to success.
